Warehouse Operative required in Grimsby.
The largest independent flexible packaging manufacturers in the U.K. are continuing to grow and are looking for Warehouse Operatives who hold a valid counterbalance license to join their team.
The client warehouse operatives are involved in the supply of materials to and from the manufacturing departments requiring the accurate scanning, dispatch, and recording of materials to maximise service levels and to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. On occasion, operatives may be required to work within other service areas to support the business needs.
Warehouse Operative working shift patterns, including days and nights, 7 days over a 2 weeks pattern.
The Warehouse Operative starting rate is £9.75 per hour, with the potential to rise to £11.30 per hour. (43 hours paid week)
Full in-house training will be given, including pivot steering FLT, reach FLT, PPT & Ride-On PPT offering excellent long-term future career prospects.
Applicants must demonstrate a self-motivated approach to their workload, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy are required to record information to meet quality standards. Previous experience within a food environment is preferable, but not essential.
